📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Prepare detailed material lists and schedules for construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with budget and timeline.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize project costs and efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify cost estimates and project progress.
• Prepare and submit project reports, including cost breakdowns and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in MEP estimation.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, adhering to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP estimation and cost analysis.
• Proficient in using estimation software such as EstiMate, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their cost implications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits.
