📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and coordinating weekly Friday events, including outreach activities, fundraising initiatives, and community engagement programs
• Support the outreach team by conducting community visits, distributing information materials, and building relationships with local stakeholders
• Help with event setup, execution, and cleanup, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently
• Assist in fundraising efforts, including managing donations, coordinating with sponsors, and promoting our initiatives to potential supporters
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, social media posts, and event invitations
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and general office tasks
• Foster a positive and inclusive volunteer environment, encouraging teamwork and mutual support among volunteers
• Stay informed about the organization's mission, values, and goals, and actively contribute to achieving them
