You will need to have a strong understanding of renewable energy policies and regulations in Indonesia, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government relations, public policy, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy policies and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
