Our factory in Tangerang is at the heart of HUGE Dental's operations in Indonesia, and as Factory Head, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations and meet our customers' high expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the factory, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled operators, supervisors, and engineers to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Implement and monitor production processes, utilizing tools such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Manage inventory and raw material procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement and maintain quality control measures, including ISO 9001 certification.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record in leading and managing production teams.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proven experience in implementing and monitoring quality control measures.
• Familiarity with dental manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
