In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our general ledger, including the preparation of financial statements, the reconciliation of accounts, and the management of our accounts payable and receivable. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records, and for providing financial analysis and reporting to support our management team. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the general ledger, including the preparation of financial statements, reconciliation of accounts, and management of accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, and provide financial analysis and reporting to support the management team.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance team members.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide input on financial planning and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a general ledger or accounting supervisor role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, is a plus.
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
