📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of TPM programs and methodologies
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of the maintenance team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track progress and identify trends
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to optimize equipment reliability
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Certification in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar
• Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
