📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the technical aspects of food manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement technical standards and procedures to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to technical specifications.
• Lead and mentor a team of technical staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in food safety and quality management systems, such as HACCP and ISO standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the food manufacturing industry, and drive their adoption within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical management roles within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, including cleaning, sanitizing, and production techniques.
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Certification in food safety and quality management systems, such as HACCP or ISO, is a plus.
• Proficiency in using technical software and tools, such as SAP, QI, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
