📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide technical support to staff and managers, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash registers, and inventory management software.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity across all outlets.
- Perform regular system backups and data recovery as needed.
- Assist with the implementation of new technology and software updates.
- Train staff on the use of IT systems and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a retail or F&B environment.
- Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
