In this role, you will be responsible for managing legal compliance, drafting and negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will oversee public relations activities, including media relations, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management. Based in Jakarta Pusat, you will work closely with our team to drive the company's legal and PR objectives forward.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage legal compliance and ensure all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Oversee public relations activities, including media relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
• Handle crisis management and communication during times of crisis.
• Work closely with the legal and PR teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and provide strategic advice to the management.
• Represent the company in legal and PR matters, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal affairs, particularly in land matters and labor law.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal framework and regulations.
• Proficient in using legal software such as CaseMap, Westlaw, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with PR tools and software such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Experience in managing legal and PR teams is a plus.
