🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in planning and design for retail and commercial projects.
• Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
