Corporate Trainer - Learning & Development Specialist

Intrias Mandiri Sejati is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. As a key member of our Learning & Development division, you will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that empower our employees to achieve company goals. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop engaging and effective training materials, and facilitate interactive training sessions. You will leverage your expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles to create impactful learning experiences that drive performance and engagement. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and strategic initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and learning objectives.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using various instructional methods and technologies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve the learning experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or SAP Learning to create and manage training content.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to inform decision-making.
• Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Certification in instructional design or adult learning principles is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
