📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffees.
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs with a smile.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Assist in special events and promotions to enhance the café’s atmosphere.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for all staff and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with basic coffee equipment and maintenance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and creative environment.
