📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the logistics services,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations,Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives,Provide leadership and support to junior staff members,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems,Proven track record of managing logistics operations effectively,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements,Fluent in Indonesian and English
