📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on distribution activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.
