📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, setting up event spaces, and managing guest lists.,Supervise and train junior banquet staff to ensure high standards of service and event execution.,Work closely with the marketing team to promote and sell banquet packages to potential clients.,Ensure all events are executed according to the agreed-upon timeline and budget.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning and management.,Assist in the development and implementation of new banquet packages and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet staff or event planning roles.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements for event hosting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
