The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the company's budget and financial planning,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns,Conduct internal audits and ensure financial accuracy,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team,Manage relationships with external auditors and accountants,Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and salaries

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff
