📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and operational excellence.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
