📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.,Maintain accurate financial records and adhere to budgetary constraints.,Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in the kitchen and dining areas.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the restaurant's performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales performance.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Education in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
