📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with managers and HR to align training with business goals,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training participants,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management software,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Valid CPNS or similar certification (preferred)
