📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide guidance and support to the hiring team to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
