Home Zone Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Denpasar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales transactions, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth cash handling process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist customers with product inquiries and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.,Handle cash and other forms of payment with care and accuracy.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the store manager.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in sales promotions and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or cashier role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
