Tanggung Jawab:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific department
• Managing a team of employees, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Ensuring that all departmental goals and objectives are met
• Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to drive the overall success of the organization
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency
• Monitoring and analyzing departmental performance metrics and providing regular reports to senior management
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Representing the organization at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• A recent graduate or limited experience in a leadership role
• A strong academic background in a relevant field
• Proven track record of success in a similar role or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
