Lingkungan Adi Bakery is seeking a dedicated Deputy Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Head Teacher in delivering high-quality education and training programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong commitment to our mission of providing exceptional culinary education. This is a full-time position located in Yogyakarta, with a competitive salary of Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Teacher in planning and delivering training programs for our students.,Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide feedback.,Develop and maintain lesson plans and teaching materials.,Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other educational events.,Support the Head Teacher in managing the curriculum and ensuring it meets industry standards.,Provide one-on-one tutoring and mentoring to students as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, including all equipment and supplies.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or training in the culinary industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian culinary techniques and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant educational software.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid teaching certification or license, preferably from Indonesia.
