📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant.,Manage and supervise the restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety by monitoring kitchen operations and implementing quality control measures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions, events, and social media engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management and cost efficiency.,Prepare and present financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profit and loss statements.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
