🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively.,Understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with team performance metrics and KPIs.,Experience in a similar industry or role is a plus.
