📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and customer service.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that the store is meeting all company goals and standards.,Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of store policies and procedures.,Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and compliant with all local regulations and company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or equivalent role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
