📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing interior design and construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Overseeing all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Preparing and presenting project reports, including status updates, financial reports, and final project deliverables.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in interior design and construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
