📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate and comprehensive hiring needs.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and assist in the decision-making process.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the recruitment process.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers to foster a positive employer brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
