Makmur Fitri Restaurant is looking for a Lead Procurement Staff to oversee and optimize our procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of cost savings. This role is crucial in ensuring that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all procurement activities to ensure cost efficiency and quality.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to secure the best prices and terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and audits.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports for management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
