Depot Krisna Spareparts is looking for a Lead Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage our fleet of vehicles. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and delivery services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and meet safety and regulatory standards.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to optimize costs.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of vehicles.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
