Seed Port Corporindo is looking for a Lead Cashier to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, and reconcile bank statements.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to management.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of cash handling strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software for financial record-keeping.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking and financial regulations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
