📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Maintain accurate records and reports of daily operations.,Support the operations manager in implementing new procedures and systems.,Assist in the organization and management of office supplies and equipment.,Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.,Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a corporate environment).,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
