📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of implementing effective HR policies and programs.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
