📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.,Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.,Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.,Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product quality.,Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control roles.,Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations.,Proven track record of improving product quality.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Valid certification in quality management (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) is a plus.
