Star Royal Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Deputy Purchasing Staff to join our team. We are a growing company in Sukabumi, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and has a keen eye for detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing team in managing the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the purchasing team in managing the procurement process,Assist in supplier selection and negotiation,Place orders and maintain accurate records,Ensure that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies and plans,Monitor and analyze purchasing trends and data to identify areas for improvement,Assist in the development and maintenance of purchasing documentation and reports,Assist in the training and development of new purchasing staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a purchasing or procurement role,Strong understanding of purchasing processes and procedures,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with purchasing software and systems is a plus
