📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify training requirements.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into business goals.,Provide coaching and mentoring to support employee development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Report on training program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
