📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.🛠️ Keahlian
